Career planning: You will be guided and supported to generate exciting and realistic career possibilities, and a path to get there. The world is full of options!
Growing as a leader: You will be guided and supported to understand what kind of a leader you would like to be in order to succeed in your profession. We will discover where you are now and what it takes for you to get where you want to be.
Action planning: We will turn your goals into a plan of action that works in the real world. Step by step you are supported to create a strategy to reach your goals.
Growth support: We will be with you all the way from the beginning to searching and finally receiving. Quality is of utmost importance to us and to us it means that you really achieve whatever it is you truly want. Your satisfaction will be guaranteed!

Your coach
I am Kati Järvinen, a Human Resource Development and a Coaching Professional. I’ve had the pleasure to work with successful individuals and international organizations for over 20 years. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Progress Coach, Firework Career Coach and CoachU graduate. I’m also a member of the ICF and the Finnish Coaching Society. I work as a Talent Development Lead in a stock listed company and in addition coach 1-2 individuals on an on-going basis.
My passion in life is to work with people to help them achieve their dreams and their full potential. I believe that we all deserve and are able to reach the life we want, full of enjoyment.
